XIAOJUAN JIANG is Professor and Dean of School of Public Policy & Management of Tsinghua University, a Member of Standing Committee of the National People's Congress(NPC), Vice Chairman of the Social Construction Committee, President of Chinese Public Administration Society（CPAS）, Director of the Center for Science and Technology Development and Governance of Tsinghua University. She is Former Director of the Research Office of the Institute of Industrial Economics of CASS, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Institute of Finance and Trade Economics of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Deputy Director of the Research Office and Deputy Secretary-General of the State Council. Her research interests include economic development, industrial structure, international economy  and public policy. She has won the Sun Yefang Economic Science Award for four times and the 5th China Economic Theory Innovation Award, etc.
